Holiday on account of Eid-ul-Fitr

There will be Holiday on account of Shab-E-Qadr, Jumat-Ul-Wida and Eid-ul-Fitr from 19-27 April 2023 for all students, faculty members and administrative officers and staff of East West University. Accordingly, the University will remain closed from
19-27 April 2023 for all Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Officers and Staff. However, classes will remain suspended on 18 April 2023. 

Security personnel shall remain on duty during the aforesaid holiday. The Engineering Section and ICS will also remain open with minimum essential staff during the aforesaid holiday, as planned by the Chief Engineer and Chief Technology Officer respectively.

The university reopens on 30 April 2023 and regular classes resume on the same day. However, classes of Graduate Programs will resume on 28 April 2023. A separate notice regarding makeup classes will be circulated as soon as possible. A revised Academic Calendar for Spring 2023 will also be uploaded on the website accordingly.

With the kind approval of the Vice Chancellor this is for the information of and necessary action by all concerned.
