Job Description:
- Deal with North American clients while ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional end to end customer service.
- Quality Assurance of the services generated by field force.
- Ensuring timely service delivery in line with Apex DMIT Ltd. brand promises.
- Taking care of Client & Vendor payment.
- Client Coordination & ensuring service quality excellence.
Job Requirements:
- High proficiency in English communication (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
- High English typing speed & accuracy
- Well-rounded IQ & EQ
- Focused, Sincere and dedicated while performing duties
- Ability to learn fast & work in a team
- Computer literacy
- Certification: Recommendation for BBA Certificate issuance from DIU after 4 years of service
Salary & Benefits:
