    • Overview: Teach For Bangladesh (TFB) is a non-profit organization that is working to address systemic disparity in education and to ensure that all children in Bangladesh are able to live up to their full potential. Ours is a collective movement of youth leaders, students, schools, and community members working to build a more just and inclusive Bangladesh. Our flagship program, the TFB Fellowship enlists high-potential leaders to serve as full-time teachers in under-resourced schools for two years, and work long-term to solve some of the most enduring challenges in education. 
    • Responsibilities:
    • Each year thousands of graduates and young professionals apply to our competitive Fellowship program. Participants are selected for their values and demonstrated leadership potential, and deployed to our partner schools to work as teachers for the next two years. O During this time, TFB Fellows work with students, parents, teachers, and the community to drive student growth. I ln the process, they transform their own vision, values, and leadership capacity. I As Alumni of the program, they continue to drive innovation and change inside and outside the education sector, drawing inspiration and insight from their experience as classroom teachers. 
    • Location: This position is based anywhere in Bangladesh. The candidate should be willing to relocate.
