We are looking for The Performance Management Lead (Preferable from Retail Shop Experience or FMCG) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining performance

management systems and processes that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and development.


Key Responsibilities;

1. Design, implement, and manage the performance appraisal system.

2. Collect, analyze, and report on performance management data.

3. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive decision-making.

4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Develop performance management policies, procedures, and guidelines.

6. Ensure alignment of performance management processes with organizational goals.

7. Coordinate and manage the annual performance appraisal process.

8. Ensure that goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and aligned with organizational objectives.

9. Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in performance management.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in HR software and performance management systems.

4. Strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and tools.

5. Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.

6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
