Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Accounts to join our finance team in Dhaka. This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, handling invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams on financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products/services and achieve sales targets. Ø Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Ø Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Event Development, Operations) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Ø Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your skills and knowledge. Ø Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Ø Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry) Ø Get familiar with personnel duties
