Position: Executive

Pathao is currently seeking a highly driven and passionate individual for the position of Executive, Operations to enhance delivery operations across designated zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with the
delivery fleet, and overseeing all logistical aspects, including the acquisition and retention of delivery personnel.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
● Manage delivery performance of designated Zones by identifying improvement areas, tracking performance metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery operations are efficiently supported
● Ensure optimal utilization of delivery personnel's active hours to consistently meet monthly targets
● Manage delivery fleet communities by driving engagement, addressing issues, escalating as needed, and preparing reports and project plans
● Oversee and optimize the delivery fleet's income, monitor earnings regularly, and identify opportunities for improvement
● Ensure the acquisition and retention of delivery fleet
● Direct delivery operations logistics, ensure the delivery team is equipped with necessary accessories, and conduct regular field visits to monitor compliance
● Remain informed of industry trends and developments to enhance delivery efficiency
The incumbent should bring along:
● Graduation from any reputed university
● A minimum of 1 (One) year of relevant experience will be considered advantageous
● Effective reporting and documentation skills
● Positive attitude to drive changes with keen eyes for improvement
● Solution-oriented, and analytical mindset
● Good hold over G-suit collaboration tools (Google Sheet, Doc & Slides)
