Position: Management Trainee, Sales
Organization: a multinational Paints company and manufacturer
Job Location: Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- • Assist in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work
- • Manage the needs of existing customers by providing them with exceptional services
- • Develop relationships with new customers and provide them with information on the company’s products and services.
- • Use research and market intelligence data to provide a competitive edge to the business.
- • Research future buying trends and provide feedback to the supervisor in a bid to assist the sales management team in creating sales plans.
- • Any other requirement might be added on the basis of functional need.
Requirements:
- • BBA in Marketing with excellent academic results.
- • Fresh graduate, have extracurricular activities
- • Strong planning and coordination skills
- • Very strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- • The candidate must be outgoing.
- • The candidate should have enough flexibility to travel frequently within Bangladesh.
