Pathao Pay is seeking incumbents for the position of Associate, Merchant Acquisition. The ideal candidate for this position will generate leads, build client relationships, and focus on Merchant Onboarding. They will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
● Prospect and qualify potential merchants/clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understand their needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements
● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
● Provide regular updates to the core Acquisition team to ensure customer satisfaction & maximize sales opportunities.
● Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements to meet:
● Graduation from any reputed university with a keen interest in the sales domain
● Relevant experience in Sales discipline is preferred
● Proficiency in G-Suite collaboration tools
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
